We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size or product chosen by the customer
• Delays caused by shipping carriers

Please ensure all product details and measurements are correct before finalizing your order.

🛠️ Damaged or Defective Items

If your canvas arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at [info@walldesigner.co.za]. Include:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the damage or defect
• Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

We will assess the issue and either offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the courier. Please ensure your delivery address is secure.
